This allows for quicker recovery, fewer risks, and a more seamless experience when appropriate. Your consultation will determine what is safest and most effective for you.
All consultations are by appointment only. You can request yours directly through our website or contact our Concierge team. Our process is intentionally intimate — designed to give you Dr. Gargya’s full attention. There is often a waitlist, but once you’re in, you’ll understand why.
Consultations at VG Signature are offered with our compliments, as part of our commitment to elevated, personalized care. We understand that life happens. For surgical scheduling changes, we kindly request a minimum of 14 days’ notice. Because time with Dr. Gargya is limited and in high demand, changes within this window may result in forfeiture of booking fees.
For consultations, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $100 courtesy fee, which ensures availability remains accessible to patients who are ready to begin their transformation journey. Every case is evaluated individually by our Concierge Team.
We partner with trusted platforms like Affirm to allow flexible payment options, which may even offer 0% APR depending on your eligibility. Our Concierge can guide you through this during your consultation process. Transparency and clarity are key pillars of the VG Signature experience.
After your procedure is confirmed, you’ll receive a curated Pre-Op Packet and access to our digital preparation system. From skincare prep to nutritional optimization and travel coordination — we’ve considered every detail so you don’t have to.
Absolutely. Many of our Signature Transformations are intentionally staged to allow for optimal healing, focus, and results. If you’re considering multiple areas, this approach may be right for you — and preferred pricing may be available for well-planned, multi-phase journeys.
Once you’re part of our patient family, you’ll have direct access to our HIPAA-secure messaging system, allowing you to check in, send photos, and receive personalized guidance throughout your healing. This is not transactional care — it’s a relationship.
